Stars, Fringe And Red Leather

Black cotton triangle top with white star pattern. Black silk fringe along bottom hem and black elastic straps around neck and back, both with velcro closures for multiple size options. Silver owl pendant attached to the middle of top.
 
Skirt has a red leather waistband with different snap size options. Red leather fringe make up half the skirt and black cotton fringe makes up the rest.
